We provide
third party insurance to all our vehicles. It is included
in the rental tariff, so the Renter does not have to
pay an additional price.

By the third party insurance, if the Renter causes accident or damage
by his/her fault with the rented vehicle, the insurance
company will pay damages instead of the Renter.

Of course
the insurance covers the damages occurring with proper
use only and in case the Renter operated the vehicle
in a state and in a manner adequate to the criteria
of the laws.
-
The third party insurance does not cover the cases caused with the
vehicle when it is driven by a person not included
in the rental contract.
-
Neither does
the third party insurance cover the cases when at the
time of the case the Renter violates any points of
the rental contract.

| Damage caused to Renter by someone
else: |

|
|
- In this case the Renter does not have to make any
recompense. The damage caused in the rented vehicle will
be compensated by the insurance company of the causer.
- In the occurrence of such case the Renter is entitled
to the free insurance services of Hungaro-Assistance® Service .
- However, it is still important that the Renter records
the personal data of the causer on the registration form
and verify them as much as possible.
- If the party at fault goes away, not willing to give
his/her data, disputes his/her responsibility or any
condition occurs that makes you unsure, do not hesitate
to call the police and also note the registration number
of the vehicle.
- We kindly inform you that if no personal data, registration
form or police information is available, the damage of
the vehicle can only be arranged by CDW/TP insurance so
that you may have to pay an own risk.

All our vehicles are covered with
CDW/TP insurance. It is included in the rental tariff
so the Renter does not have to pay an additional price
for it.
-
By the CDW/TP insurance the Renter
must pay compensation to the tune of the own risk for
the accident or loss in which the Renter is responsible.
Damages beyond the own risk will be compensated by
the insurance company.

The own risk takes up to the 10%
of the damage, minimum 50.000 or 100.000 HUF, depending
on the category. According to this, if the 10% of the
damage does not reach the assessed minimum value, the
Renter must pay the minimum value. If the 10% of the
damage exceeds the minimum value, the Renter must pay
the 10% of the damage. If the damage does not even
reach the own risk, the whole amount must be paid by
the Renter.

CDW/TP insurance covers breakage,
natural disaster and theft.

Of course the insurance covers
the damages occurring with proper use only and in case
the Renter operated the vehicle in a state and in a
manner adequate to the criteria of the laws.

The CDW/TP insurance does not cover
the cases caused with the vehicle when it is driven
by a person not included in the rental contract.
-
Neither does the CDW/TP insurance
cover the cases when at the time of the case the Renter
violates any points of the rental contract.

The insurance applies to the persons
and vehicles included in the rental contract only.
Violation of the rental contract will void both the
third party and the CDW/TP insurance so that the Renter
will have unlimited liability.

Therefore we ask you to comply
with all points of the Rental Contract, with special
care to the followings:

Do not let the car be driven
by any person who is not included in the Rental
Contract,
-
do not cross the state border
without a permit,
-
do not travel to a country
that is not included in the permit,
-
comply with the Highway Code,
particularly with the prohibition of drug and alcohol
consumption.

We ask you to pay increased
attention to immediately inform our assistance service
that is available round the clock of any cases concerning
the car. It is of great importance that
the theft of the car can only be reported by the
owner so please check in to our customer service
without fail if this is the case. Ignoring this can
result in the Renter's unlimited liability. If a
person is injured you should contact the emergency
services first, of course.

It is also very important, that
you do not leave the keys and documents inside the
car, because in case of a theft the missing of any
of these results in the Renter's unlimited liability.
Complying with these rules and with
the Rental Contract is of your interest also. We hope
that during the rental period nothing will occur that
forces you to get acquainted more closely with the insurance
cases. Should such an unexpected incident occur, the
arrangement without trouble is only possible if the Rental
Contract is complied with. It is obvious that in any
case you may rely on the immediate assistance of our
colleagues who are disposable round the clock at: +
