TERMS
OF CAR RENTAL
(EXCERPT FROM THE RENTAL CONTRACT)

|
 |
-
minimum age is 21 with the possession
of a driving licence for at least 3 years (in the absence
of these, a person is needed to be involved who can
fulfil the parameters);
-
valid ID, driving licence;
-
passport, if the Customer plans
to go abroad,
- credit card
for the deposit, if the Customer wishes to receive
the car other than his/her permanent address or official
residence.

|
|
|
-
incorporation certificate not older
than 8 days, specimen signature card;
-
power for the receiver of the car
on the part of the person who is authorized to sign,
in case it is not the authorized person who signs the
rental contract or receives the car;
-
the drivers' valid ID and driving
licence;
-
the drivers' passport if they plan
to go abroad with the rented car;
-
credit card for the deposit
(from the company, whether that of the executive director
or the receiver of the car), if they wish to receive
the car other than the residence of the company;
-
the company must not be under winding-up,
final settlement or in bankruptcy.

- refuelling
and the refill of liquids (e. g. windshield cleaning
liquid);
- usage on abroad;
- repair costs of flat tyre,
unless it is under warranty;
- repair costs of damages
under doorsill, inside the cabin, in the wheel,
and repair costs of other damages that do not pertain
to those that the insurance companies will reimburse;
- repair costs of damages
and breakdowns that originate from improper use
or from the violation of the rental contract;
- other fees e. g.: road,
ferry and parking tolls;

| NOTICES ABOUT USAGE ON
ABROAD: |

|

Our vehicles
can be used in insured European countries with our
prior permission.
-
The pricelists
on the website are only applied for inland usage, therefore
you should ask
for our special offer applied for foreign usage.
-
The Renter
may take the rented car to the countries that are listed
in the permit only.
-
Under no circumstances
shall the Renter take the car into the following countries:
UKR and the former Soviet states, SRB, MNE, BIH, BG.

|
|
-
The Renter must pay the deposit
upon receiving the car. Cash (forint, dollar, euro)
or credit card is accepted. (Please note that if certain
conditions are not fulfilled we can accept credit card
only.)

The deposit will be paid back (the
blockage of the account will be released) at the end
of the rental if the Renter returns the car in the
same state as received and have paid all obligations.
-
The expected tenancy must be paid
upon receiving the car.
-
All our prices mean HUF/day with
VAT but of course the rentage can be paid in US dollar,
euro, Swiss franc and British pound at the buying price
of Raiffeisen Bank's current rate of exchange.
-
All occurring expenses during the
rental can be cleared without fees with the following
cards.
(We accept embossed cards. Cards with
electronic use only are not accepted. If you choose this
payment method, please verify before the rental that
your daily limit covers the rentage and/or the deposit.)

- All our cars are no smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
